Randstad Shared Services is searching for a talent as a Administrative Assistant for our client, a prestigious multinational company that aims to expand its workforce.-To provide the necessary assistance both on administrative and organizational matters
- Organize the events
- Diary management, coordinating arrangements for meetings, conferences and complex travel itineraries;
- Follow up on recurrent projects, tasks and/or reviews
- Prepare and update presentations
- Create, monitor and follow up of Purchase Orders. Monitor expenditures and follow up Administrative budget
- Manage the KPIs Publication
- Keeping all corporate data current, managing historical knowledge of the company

Competências:
Must Have:- Proficiency in English
- Proficiency in French
- Min. 5 year within an international company, ideally in a similar position
- Excellent computer skills
