Our client is a new Asset and Capital Management company.

Reporting to the CEO the main responsibilities will be:Handle and coordinate companies administrative responsibilities; Schedule and confirm meetings;Ensure file organisation based on office protocol;Provide ad hoc support around office as needed;Set up notary deeds and visits to registry offices and finance;Management and drafting of contracts (purchase and lease), with the support of the company's lawyers;Interface with tenants and customers who buy properties;Management of residential, office, shop and warehouse real estate;Office management;Administrative back office of the commercial area;Support to the finance department (payments, management and invoices, document preparation).

Perfil desejado

The ideal candidate will have:BA Degree in relevant areas; (Law, accounting, economics);At least 3 years of experience working as Executive Assistant or in real estate/ office management sector; Fluency in English is mandatory (if you don't master the language please don't apply);Good communication skills;Ability yo multitask;Ability to work in a fast paced environment and manage priorities;Availability to start immediately.
