- ? Creation of the procurement order request in the tool
- ? Follow-ups on the procurement order request until the purchase order is created
- ? Modification and update of any relevant information directly in the tool
- ? Management and follow-up on the receipt of the purchase order by the appropriate parties
- ? Management and check of the invoice register/ amount
competências
- Basic Finance and Accounting knowledge
- Rigorous and oriented towards team work
- Experience in Google Suite, and in SAP is a plus
- Language: at least, B2 level in English - speaking is a must.
