We are seeking an energetic and results-oriented Business Manager to spearhead our new business development efforts within the Customer Experience and Digital Agency. This role is exclusively focused on identifying new business opportunities, crafting compelling proposals, and successfully closing deals with clients. As the primary driver of our sales initiatives, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the agency's market perception and positioning.

Develop and execute activities that enhance the agency's image and positioning in the market;
Identify opportunities for thought leadership, industry events, and strategic partnerships to elevate the agency's profile;
Collaborate with the CEO to set annual new business targets, aligning with the agency's growth objectives;
Determine the cost structures for individual proposals to ensure profitability and competitiveness in the market;
Collaborate with internal teams, ensuring a seamless transition from proposal creation to project implementation;
Provide insights and feedback to enhance the agency's offerings based on market demands and client feedback.

Proven experience in sales, with a track record of successfully identifying and closing new business opportunities in the field of digital marketing and business transformation;
