O que terás de fazer

- To identify, analyze, and resolve intricate issues within network infrastructures to restore optimal functionality; 

- To detect and respond promptly to network incidents, failures, and performance degradation; 

- To maintain and update robust network security measures to protect against unauthorized access and threats; 

- To conduct regular security audits and vulnerability assessments to ensure industry compliance; 

- To manage network configurations, including IP addresses, subnets, routing tables, and firewall rules; 

- To analyze network traffic patterns and performance metrics to implement optimization strategies; 

- To apply firmware and software updates to systems to enhance stability and security; 

- To collaborate closely with system administrators and cybersecurity experts to resolve cross-functional issues; 

- To utilize scripting and automation tools to optimize network operations; 

- To create and maintain comprehensive network documentation, diagrams, and operational procedures;

- To interface with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored technical solutions.

O que precisas de garantir

- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related Engineering field; 

- Over 2 years of experience in network administration or related infrastructure areas;

- Fluency in English (written and spoken) is mandatory;

- Good knowledge of networking protocols (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, BGP, OSPF) and hardware (routers, switches, firewalls);

- Knowledge of VPNs, EDR, and network monitoring/diagnostic tools; 

- Preference for Cisco CCNA, Juniper JNCIA, Checkpoint CCSA, or Fortinet FCP;

- Strong analytical abilities and the capacity to work under pressure during emergency situations;

- Full availability to work on-site in Riyadh for a period of 6 to 9 months.
