Leading property portal, Kyero.com, is seeking a full-time Portuguese speaking (mother tongue) Sales / Customer Service Representative to join us in our mission to help people across the globe to find their sunshine.Acting as the main contact for existing Portuguese Agents, Portuguese will be your main language and you will have a knowledge of the Portuguese culture. You will have strong communication skills, sales experience - particularly over the phone and by email - and have a can-do, resourceful attitude. Fluency in both spoken and written Portuguese and English is essential, as is a high level of computer literacy. Other languages ??will be a bonus.
You will be happy to work remotely & unsupervised and will have the ability to take ownership of problems and resolve issues.

Self-starter - working from home isn't everyone's cup of tea (and that's ok) but to work for us, you'll need to be prepared to - and more importantly, enjoy working from home - as we're a 100% remote company. But don't worry, there's always someone at the end of the phone (or, Slack) to answer that burning question, exchange ideas and share last weekend's antics with.

Autonomous & accountable- you'll be comfortable and confident taking full responsibility for the quality of your work and ability to deliver on time - prioritizing tasks in order to stick to (sometimes challenging) deadlines - and being open and honest when things don't go to plan .

The nitty-gritty .. .
What you'll be doing day-to-day
- Reach revenue targets by sales of advertising packages & upgrades.
- Identify extra avenues of generating extra revenue & increasing agent numbers.
- Maintain agent numbers by offering excellent customer support & guidance.
- General account managing & servicing
- Provide constructive feedback regarding systems & processes to help continue with company growth.
- Assisting with translations and other impromptu duties to help others.
- Through collaboration and professionalism, provide the highest possible support and assistance to our valuable agents.
