Founded in 2021, the Airbus Global Business Services (AGBS) unit will be contributing to Airbus’ global success and play a vital role in Airbus’ transformation journey in standardisation, harmonisation, digitalisation and automation of end-to-end processes (e.g. Procure to Pay) of all overhead functions.

responsabilidades chaveyour role:
multi-Project-Planning for engineering IT projects (including software development);
creation of detailed resource and budget plans for IT projects;
project reporting (initial set-up & regular reporting);
presentation and documentation of the (sub-)project status for time/cost/quality;
EVM (Earned Value Management) of running projects;
project Risk & Opportunity management;
support of the project managers in their responsibility to achieve the project goals;
identification, agreement and coordination of the project interfaces;
creation and maintenance of project profiles/portfolios;
manage the planning and status of all processes; have a global overview and report any issues that arise ? Set up and moderate work progress meetings.
competênciasIf you have:
A diploma/bachelor degree in information management, engineering or business administration or a comparable qualification acquired in another way;
first years of professional experience with project management;
qualification in project management (IPMA, Prince2 or comparable);
experience in managing projects and especially project resources;
team & communication skills;
fluent English (German desirable);
knowledge in COBIT and ITIL;
experience in MS Office and G Suite.
