Our client is one of the biggest companies on printing and processing business, with international representation and presence in many countries.Competências:
- Previous experience(s) in an early stage startup in an analytics role. Not everything has been built yet and data are often messy or incomplete. This role is just as much of doing the difficult work to design the core system as it is in getting reliable analytic results.
- Experience in analysing/acting on data from reports
- Ability to work alone with minimum supervision and with others in a team environment, occasionally under time pressure and on several tasks at the same time
- Degree in quantitative or business fields preferred
- Web and mobile analytics experience using a variety of tools
- Proficiency with Google Analytics and Firebase
- Experience using SQL
- Ability to build and manage dashboarding tools (Data Studio, Redash, Tableau,...)
Principais responsabilidades
the mobile app reporting analyst will work with cross functional teams and product owner to measure, understand and monitor key business metrics across the mobile app and other tools.Main responsibilities:
- Provide direct support to the mobile application product owner to monitor app performance and provide valuable insights regarding app usage.
- Utilize Google Firebase to analyse mobile application performance
- Act as the focal point in user acceptance testing for new Google Firebase analytics and reporting (identify test scenarios, execute test scenarios, work with business analyst & development resources to resolve issues, validate fixes)
- Provide subject matter expertise on the use of Google Firebase
- Analyse mobile application performance, usage and identify areas for improvement.
- Provide key performance indicator data to product owner for executive scorecard(s)
