Our client is a leading Customer Services company looking to recruit:Marketing & Communications Manager (m/f)
Reporting to the Head of Sales & Marketing your main responsabilities will be:
Creating/ implementing plans to increase market share aligned with the company marketing strategy; Overseeing market data analysis and trends; Collaborating with cross-functional teams to produce effective promotional materials/ events - identify needs, analyze implementation, cost and legal support of each action; Developing schedules and maintaining deadlines; Coordinating with and managing agency partners, Creating marketing presentations for stakeholders.
Requirements:
Degree or bachelor's degree in Marketing and Communication, or related field; Proven experience at least for the past 2 years; Customer Support Industry experience will be a plus; Good personal organization and presentation; Communication skills and commitment to delivering excellent service to members – always going the extra mile; Good prioritization to reach decisions quickly and effectively with an excellent eye for detail; Team management experience, strong analytical and excellent organizational skills; Creative thinking and a technology lover person; Very strong verbal and written communication skills in Portuguese and English language; Availability to travel, Out-of-hours support.
