Randstad Professionals is the Business Line of Randstad Group focused on the recruitment of Middle & Top Management positions.We are now looking for a M&A Analyst, to integrate the Corporate Finance Iberian Team, in Lisbon, of CaixaBank - Sucursal em Portugal.
Competências:
Ideal Profile:- Strong academic background, preferably a Masters Degree in Management, Economics or Finance;
- Previous experience (2/ 3years) in corporate finance / transaction services;
- Knowledge of and demonstrated interest in corporate finance, business strategy and financial markets;
- Excellent quantitative and analytical skills
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and also Spanish (preferentially);
- Experience on financial modelling;
- Ability to work independently and multi-task;
- Team Player and strong interpersonal skills;
- Strong organizational skills.
Principais responsabilidades
This professional will be responsible for:- Perform market and industry analysis, identifying main trends and describing competitive environments;
- Conduct economic and financial analysis of various companies and businesses, identifying the key drivers behind revenue and profitability growth, as well as the main opportunities, risks and constraints;
- Participate in the critical analyses of business plans of companies in different industries;
- Contribute for the execution of business valuations through different common applicable methods (discounted cash flows methodologies, comparable multiples) and provide critical thinking concerning the main parameters and results of such valuations;
- Use Excel and Powerpoint as an experienced user;
- Use, extract and analyse data from several databases (namely, Bloomberg, Mergermarket, Orbis, etc.);
- Participate in the construction and handling of complex financial models;
- Make written and oral business presentations;
- Contribute for the identification of M&A business opportunities.
