The role of the Software Engineer is to contribute to the development of components for Augmented Reality applications and the main objective is by taking responsibility for the testing/deployment and compliance.
Key responsibilities include:
• Develop indoor spatial awareness and object tracking applications along with virtual space representations for enterprise Augmented Reality systems;
• To deliver professional input to the design, development, deployment, testing, and commissioning phases;
• To prepare and participate on the unit testing of the ongoing developments;
• To create associated documentation in English for the ongoing activities.
Qualification & Experience:
• Mandatory work experience with OOP languages such as C#, C++, JAVA, etc.;
• Experience with NUnit Test Tools or other continued unit testing frameworks;
• Experience with Git or other version control systems;
• Experience with Agile Development Methodologies;
• Experience with Software Architecture Design;
• Experience with development of Augmented Reality and/or Virtual Reality applications is highly valued;
• Experience with Unity or other game engines is highly valued;
• Experience with development of Mobile Applications and Services is highly valued;
• Experience with usage of Issue Tracking Systems and Project Management Software is highly valued;
• Availability to travel on work related business with some overnight stays occasionally.
Soft Skills:
• Demonstrate ability and initiative to get to the heart of a problem and take it through to completion;
• Demonstrate self-motivation;
• Ability to learn autonomously and quickly new areas in the field.
