Kelly Services, thanks to its expertise in Contact Center and shared services, is currently in the process of selection for our well-known Client located in Miraflores, of a Logistics Client Service Officer (m/f).We are currently working with a global leader in industrial supply chain solutions, which offers a unique logistics and transportation experience. For their global service center, we are looking for a Logistics Client Service Officer (m/f)
The Logistics Client Service Officer (m/f) will ensure the treatment and management of serious damage caused during the transport of new vehicles.
Your missions will be as follows:
Ensure the reception of telephone calls and emails
Receive, analyze, process customer/supplier complaints
Determine responsibilities and trigger requests for expertises
Analyze, control and validate dispute purchase invoices
Trigger sales invoices to managers.
Write processes of continuous improvement
Profile:
Portuguese speaker (C1 level minimum) and fluency in English (C1 level minimum) - mandatory;
French B1 or higher (preferential)
Good interpersonal relationship, autonomous and rigorous
Experience in claims management would be a plus
SAP knowledge would be a plus
Mastery of Microsoft Office
Negotiation
Time and priority management
Availability to travel for training (3 months in Courbevoie Paris)
