Randstad Professionals is the Business Line of Randstad Group focused on the recruitment of Middle & Top Management.Our client is a prestigious bank, who is looking for a Junior Role (m/f).
Responsibilities:
- Assess creditwhortiness of new and existing transactions/clients;
- Review financial transactions and credit history (applications, statements, balance sheets, legal documents, etc);
- Asses industry ratios (LTV, IRC, Debt Yield, DSCR) and perform cash flow analysis and sensitivies;
- Determine in depth the degree of risk involved;
- Yearly annual reviews and monitor loans for compliance and their adhere to credit policy;

Competências:
Ideal Profile:- Degree in Business or similar (seminars in finance);
- More than 3 years of proven working experience as a Real Estate analyst at a Bank of RE fund;
- Knowledge on the portuguese market;
- Excel Modeling Expert;
- Ability to a analyze cash flows, leverage, collateral and costumer strength;
- Fluent in English;
- Strong communication and presentation skills;
