Kelly Services is currently recruiting an Junior Railway Systems Signaling Engineer (M/F), to join Siemens Mobility, in Alfragide, Lisbon.
The Siemens Mobility provides integrated mobility solutions for urban, interurban and logistics transport. For the efficient transportation of passengers and goods, we combine specialization in automation and electrification by road and rail, rail vehicles, turnkey systems, consulting and consumer services.
What are my responsibilities?
Designs and engineers the system down to detail to satisfy the specified requirements of the customer;
Defines the products, components and subsystems to be used and their concrete characteristics;
Configures the components and subsystems used according to the requirements;
Develops detailed solutions for the integration to ensure the interaction of the individual elements as a functioning unit;
Is responsible for the realization of the system with the required functionality, prepares the design documentation;
May minister the executing units (e.g. manufacturing, procurement, logistics).
What do I need to qualify for this job?
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electronics Engineering, Computer Science Engineering or similar;
Fluent English skills;
Fluent/Native Portuguese Speaker;
Previous experience in computer networking design and configuration;
Availability for domestic and international travels;
Flexibility to work during trials and commissioning periods when required;
Experience and basic knowledge of project execution tools, ex. MS Project.
