Our client is a software company with own product, which following the need to strengthen its team, seeks to identify one:Junior Project Manager
Lisbon
ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Ensure that projects are delivered on-time, within scope and budget
Requirements analysis and documentation
Successfully manage the relationship with internal and external clients and all stakeholders
Monitoring and reporting project status
Change management, including comprehensive understanding of the software development lifecycle from
initial development, maintenance and operation
Risk management
Bring top down perspective and escalate any transversal issues
Availability for travel (15%)
REQUIRED SKILLS
Previous experience in IT project management or business analysis
Experience with Agile (Scrum/Kanban, JIRA)
Skills in leadership, adaptability, problem solving, and critical thinking
Be able to control client expectations and push-back when necessary to ensure the success of the project
Fluent spoken and written English
Organized and detail oriented
BENEFICIAL SKILLS
Degree in engineering, computer science, business administration or similar
Project Management Professional (PMP) certification
Programming / Software Development Experience
LAMP stack, JIRA, Microsoft Office products (MS Projects)
Knowledge in accounting systems or ERP systems or experience in the waste business or logistic processes
