Randstad Professionals is the brand of Randstad Group focused on the recruitment of Middle & Top Management.Our client is a technological company dedicated to the development of digital solutions for clients all over the world and is looking for a Junior Project Manager (m/f).
Responsibilities:
- Ensure that projects are delivered on-time, within scope and budget;
- Requirements analysis and documentation;
- Successfully manage the relationship with internal and external clients and all stakeholders;
- Monitoring and reporting project status;
- Change management, including comprehensive understanding of the software development lifecycle from
initial development, maintenance and operation;
- Risk management;
- Bring top down perspective and escalate any transversal issues;
- Availability for travel (15%).

Competências:
Ideal Profile:- Degree in engineering, computer science, business administration or similar;
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification;
- Programming / Software Development Experience;
- LAMP stack, JIRA, Microsoft Office products (MS Projects);
- Knowledge in accounting systems or ERP systems or experience in the waste business or logistic processes;
- Previous experience in IT project management or business analysis;
- Experience with Agile (Scrum/Kanban, JIRA);
- Skills in leadership, adaptability, problem solving, and critical thinking;
- Be able to control client expectations and push-back when necessary to ensure the success of the project;
- Fluent spoken and written English;
- Organized and detail oriented.
