Are you customer oriented and looking for a job opportunity in Lisbon in finance/accounting area?Randstad was challenged by the world’s largest food and beverages company to search for order to cash junior specialists to work in their shared services center.
You'll be challenged to do your best in the following functions:
- Billing: generation of billing documents, the correct posting to customer accounts and the generation of billing outputs. Generation of manual billing documents when required.
- Credit Analysis: review and proposal of Credit parameters for calculation of credit limit and risk category taking in account various sources of financial data.
- Claims and Deductions: reception, registering, assignment and categorization of all customer Claims and
deductions raised by customers and/or internally.
- Reference Data: setup and maintenance of all data impacting O2C Processes which is not defined as Master Data.
Perform periodic activity relevant review's with Senior Executive/Stream Supervisor
Contribute to Continuous Improvements programs and standardization of processes across all markets in scope, whenever possible;

Competências:
what you need to apply:- Good level of English - (intermediate);
- Good level of French OR German OR Spanish- (intermediate);
- Preferential master degree in Accounting/ Finance/Economics, but not mandatory;
- Customer Satisfaction behaviour;
- Previous Customer Service and/or order to cash experience will be a plus;
- Team spirit and available to work in an open space environment;
- Good analysis skills and problem solving mind-set;
- Ability to manage priorities;
- Will to work in a multicultural environment.
