Founded in 2021, the Airbus Global Business Services (AGBS) unit will be contributing to Airbus’ global success and play a vital role in Airbus’ transformation journey in
standardization, harmonization, digitalisation and automation of end-to-end processes (e.g.Procure to Pay) of all overhead functions. Our target is that siloed ways of working/ processes will be a relic of the past within the AGBS. Join the Airbus Human Resources (HR) community as a Junior Data Scientist and contribute to our digital transformation!
Do you want to play a proactive role within the People Analytics team to strengthen our data science capabilities?
Do you have a strong background in applied mathematics and Python in order to help us build predictive scenarios for key projects?
Are you motivated to dive into the various Airbus Data and create use cases together with our HR professionals?
Interested in interacting as a stakeholder within a multi-functional team to coordinate between HR business, IT counterparts and in connection with the data science community to strengthen People Analytics with the state of the art technology?

? You will take an active stake in spreading data science awareness within the HR community.
? Jointly with the HR experts, you will identify use cases where Predictive/Correlation Analysis, Simulations, or Classification approaches will bring benefits to the function.
? As a data scientist, you are responsible for building end-to-end AI models and to share them in a comprehensive manner to our business counterparts.
? You will be a part of a team of data analysts and data scientists working in an agile mode.
? This job requires an awareness of any potential compliance risks and a commitment to act with integrity, as the foundation for the Company’s success, reputation and sustainable growth.

competências

Technical skills:
Essential:
Advanced experience in Python Classes/Objects with knowledge on GPU-based parallel and GPU-accelerated computing.
Mastering Machine/Deep Learning models and Large Language Models (LLMs).
DevOps tools including Github and PyTest.
Visualization tools including Spotfire and QlikSense.
Desirable:
Experience with HR Reporting Systems (Workday, PRISM, SAP BI)
Soft skills:
Essential:
Ability to adapt in a rapidly changing environment.
Structured, self-organized and collaborative way of working.
Strong communication towards diverse audiences (incl. senior management) and strong networking skills.
Hands-on, pragmatic approach to building digital products (hacker / entrepreneurial mindset).
Creativity and aptitude for problem solving.
Innovation leadership: deploy appropriate innovation methods, techniques and tools to support an innovation opportunity lifecycle phase.
Customer oriented mindset, ability to provide user-centric solutions.
Good level of spoken and written English.
Desirable:
Knowledge of HR business basics and GDPR would be a plus.
Experience:
2 to 3 years of experience in Data Science
