Join a growing CRM Marketing team within a leading financial services company.
You will manage CRM campaigns, collaborate with international teams, and monitor KPIs to drive performance and optimize campaign results.
O que terás de fazer
- Liaise with Marketing Project Managers in France;
- Collaborate with the Team Leader on operational activities;
- Supervise and develop the skills of the CRM Campaign Assistant team;
- Manage and ensure the quality of CRM campaigns;
- Monitor KPIs and prepare campaign performance reports.
O que precisas de garantir
- Bachelor's degree, preferably in Marketing, Management, Economics, or a related field;
- Fluency in French and English, both written and spoken;
- Experience with CRM campaign platforms, preferably Salesforce;
- Knowledge of the full CRM campaign lifecycle, including audience segmentation and performance analysis;
- Proficiency in email marketing, push notifications, SMS campaigns, and newsletters;
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and effective communication abilities;
- Availability to work from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., Monday to Friday, with flexibility to align with the team in France;
- Availability to work in a hybrid model, with approximately 8 days per month in the office and at least one on-site day per week.
