randstad was challenged by Solvay search for the best possible talent to work in the shared services centeryou'll be:
- Contacting customers to secure payments at due date;
- Obtaining all relevant information to share with internal stakeholders (Sales, Customer Service and Credit Management teams) and propose solutions, If any valid reason for non-payment are presented;
- Assisting Accounts Receivable department in the resolution of unmatched payments

Competências:
what you need to apply:- good written and spoken english (mandatory);
- good written and spoken french (mandatory);
- university degree;
- Autonomous, ready to take initiative and results oriented
- good communication with developed negotiation skills;
- ability to follow-up and follow through with multiple tasks;
- strong individual worker with ability to also work as part of a team;
- Experience in SAP is preferred but not mandatory;
- Experience with other tools (Excel, VBA, Predictive Analysis) are a plus;
- will to work in a multicultural environment.
