Our client is a recognised FMCG company (Drinks) that aims to recruit a Junior Brand and Customer Marketing Executive, for the luxury segment.responsabilidades chave
Assist the execution of brand strategy, priorities and objectives and provide updates oncompetitive position of brands to key internal stakeholders;
Develop, implement, monitor and evaluate, with support of the Head of Department,
brand marketing plans and activities in order to achieve brand targets and build Brand equity;
Manage the relationship with key internal and external stakeholders in order to optimise delivery
of activities and facilitate timely, relevant communication;
Inform of progress against plans and seek consultation on significant issues, opportunities and risks
for allocated Brands in a timely way, taking a solution focused approach;
Seek opportunities to enhance and enrich the Brand Owner’s performance;;
Develop, plan and drive the implementation of the channel & key customers Customer Marketing
Plan as per the company strategic priorities & goals, managing all operational/functional activation
and events;
Analyse performance of brands within the Division;
Manage the A&P Budget under their responsibility according to the approved plan and ensure the
revision within Company Budgeting and LE’s Calendar;
Manage the brands P&L under their responsibility to ensure profitability and maximum
performance;
competências
Qualified to degree level or equivalent within a marketing/customer marketing component/musthave a professional marketing/customer marketing qualification;
Proven experience of creating Brand and channel strategy and full market mix development,
activation and implementation (minimum 1 year)
Demonstrable experience of full P&L analysis and comfortable with key financial metrics
Excellent communication skills;
Analytical skills;
Experience of project management
Has a confident proactive approach and is consistently reliable in delivery;
Fluent English;
Drinks/ FMCG/ Prestige industry experience is preferable
