Italian Speaker - Customer Service Senior Support Representative – Retail IndustryVentask is a fast growing Contact Center Service Provider based in Lisbon, we´re a young team and we proudly work with Clients from the Banking, Insurance, Automotive, Customer’s Associations and Utilities Industries.
We have a young team that delivers a premium service and we are a reference as an Inbound and Outbound Service Provider.
Our Client is a company that operates in 20 countries, selling their products through Premium Retailers and E-Commerce platforms. Our Client products are produced mainly in local countries and their products earned quality awards in several countries.
Responsibilities:
Customer Service Support for the Italian Market;
Ensure an adequate response time while delivering the highest possible service;
Help Clients by phone, chat or social network any of the customer’s questions and concerns regarding the service and deliveries;
Maintain excellent quality and efficiency to achieve company targets
Provide Information regarding shipping and delivery;
Advice our customers on a high level, providing an excellence service and meeting their individual needs.
Be proactive in order to meet customers expectations and deliver an answer in the agreed SLA;
Motivate, lead, guide, and direct all assigned agents to reach their highest potential both in terms of service metrics and career goals;
Ensures both individual and team productivity, manages performance, assistance and real-time coaching;
Monitors contacts to identify areas of opportunity to improve performance and customer experience;
Work with Operations Director to escalate issues.
Profile
Must have at least 1 year of experience in a customer center environment;
Fluency in Italian (C2 or native);
Fluency in Portuguese (C2 or native);
Good knowledge of English
Demonstrated ability to coach, improve performance and develop individuals;
Must be able to effectively communicate (both verbally and in written form);
Ability to work independently and in a team environment to accomplish a common goal;
Ability to handle multiple tasks and requests while maintaining results in core job functions and responsibilities;
Mindset focused on the Customer Experience;
