- Experience in ITIL processes;
- Autonomous to work on resolution and also to plan the actions on a project mode;

- Curious to increase his knowledge and to search solutions for users.
Principais responsabilidades
Responsibilities:- Manage the incidents or the requests from the users for the day to day basis;
- Manage the KPI reporting and escalation process related to ITIL processing;
- Manage small projects and tasks to structure and build an efficient IT team;
- Help to deploy an unification of processes from the IT Strategic Plan;
- Be able to deal on the daily emergency and users support, with a Project Manager mindset and skill.
- Manage issues with a Continuous Improvement mindset and be able to work on only technical tasks with a vision of small projects with impact and timeline.
