PeopleConquest – Human Resources company based in Portugal is looking for a hands-on and responsible IT Support Technician to join our team and support our clients both remotely and on-site across Portugal.
We’re looking for someone with:
• Good attitude, empathy, and willingness to help users
• Responsibility and ability to work independently
• Driving license (B) and availability to travel within Portugal
Main tasks:
• Setup and maintenance of computers (Windows/macOS)
• Software installation and configuration (Office 365, antivirus, internal tools)
• Basic network troubleshooting (LAN/Wi-Fi, printers, connectivity)
• Helpdesk support and documentation
Nice to have:
• Knowledge of Cisco Meraki or Microsoft 365
• Experience with ticketing tools and IT security basics
