What you do?
- You provide daily IT support for all our company, such as preventing and solving malfunctions or other technical problems of colleagues;
- You set priorities in the incoming questions and solve them in the correct order;
- You install new hardware and software;
- You help to carry out (simple) management tasks;
- You make computers ready for use for (new);
- You maintain our IT-related documents; installation manuals, HowTo's, FAQ's etc.

Competências:
What we ask of you?- You follow an IT-related MBO (or HBO) program;
- You can work with both Microsoft and Apple;
- You have knowledge of computer hardware, peripherals and application software installation packages;
- You have a good command of the English language, both oral and written;
- You are super curious and always want to know more;
- You have a supportive, enthusiastic and proactive attitude;
- You can communicate excellently and have a good attitude;
- You like to help your colleagues and you can handle pressure well.
