O que terás de fazer

- To monitor, diagnose, and resolve complex technical issues across network and server infrastructures;

- To ensure high availability and security of systems through regular patching, updates, and vulnerability assessments; 

- To develop and implement use cases, correlation rules, and mitigation measures to defend against security breaches; 

- To maintain detailed technical documentation and standard operating procedures (playbooks/runbooks); 

- To consult with global clients to understand requirements and provide tailored technical solutions.

O que precisas de garantir

- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related Engineering field;

- At least 4 years of experience in similar positions;

- Proven experience in systems administration (Windows/Linux), data center operations, network engineering, or security operations;

- Experience with Infrastructure Services (DHCP, DNS, Active Directory);

- Fluency in English (written and spoken);

- Proficiency in physical/virtual environments (VMware, Hyper-V) or enterprise network protocols;

- Familiarity with automation/scripting (Python, Shell) and DevOps tools;

- Hands-on experience with SIEM technologies, threat intelligence, and incident response (cyber role);

- Demonstrated ability to lead technical teams and manage complex architectural solutions (senior roles);

- Strong analytical mindset, ability to work under pressure, and excellent client-facing communication skills;

- Willingnessand full availability to travel internationally on short notice.
