competências
- Information and technology Degree (preferential);
- Fluency in Portuguese and English;
- Previous experience (+ 3 years) as a product manager, product owner, business analysis or
- IT architect in an IT projects environment;
- Previous experience as a project manager/scrum master (preferential);
- Design thinking and lean six sigma experience will be a plus;
- Achievement oriented and Analytical ability;
- Customer oriented and Initiative;
- Problem solving;
- Strong decision making;
- Teamwork / Team Building;
responsabilidades
- This IT Solutions Architect is responsible for analyze the needs of the clients and
- operations, clearly know their business and expectations, and be able to design systems or
- tools which would meet their needs and expectation, improving the overall services quality
- provided by Teleperformance.
- This role must promote and encourage the development of projects that represent added
- value to the company and the clients, always acting with an innovation and disruptive mindset,
- adopting technological stack and ecosystem, looking always for cutting edge technologies and processes optimizations.
- Clearly understand the project scope, requirements and client business, working in
- multidisciplinary teams with senior developers and analysts;
- • Interface with customers, users, and other developers to define and implement solutions
- to meet requirements;
- • Understand all the omnichannel products ecosystem, working closely in all projects with all
- other IT teams from SW Development, Voice, Systems and Network, DBA, Solutions
- Design, SW QA;
- • Participate in all phases of the product lifecycle, including design;
- • Manage change requests, bug fixes, and troubleshoot issues;
- • Work in all company areas and IT teams to identify needs and create a solid definition of
- the problem to solve;
- • Enlist and prioritize solutions requirements and features;
- • Conduct research, study and benchmarking as necessary to present technical solutions to
- the needs identified;
- • Support/lead solution procurement process;
- • Define, maintain and suggest evolution to the overall enterprise application solutions
- architecture.
