Your main duties will be to:rnrn- Provide IT fault repair at the customer's premises for incidents reported via the customer's Call Management system to fulfil agreed SLAs;rnn- Carry out day-to-day operations, ensuring that all incidents, service requests and maintenance work at the premises are supported effectively, ensuring that the impact and disruption to IT services is kept to an absolute minimum;rnn- Ensuring that all relevant processes, policies and procedures are adhered to;rnn- Building relationships with customers and end users to ensure that the company's image is maintained and enhanced to provide first-class customer satisfaction.rnn- Hardware support is key, as is the ability to manage and maintain an accurate inventory of spare parts and consumables to achieve timely repairs;rnn- Report to the Service Delivery Manager any problems with the services provided by the company that do not fulfil the respective service delivery/project objectives;rnn- To fulfil any other relevant duties applicable to the scope of the site engineer as documented in the site procedure documents or required by the Service Delivery Manager;rnn- Maximise revenue by identifying potential business opportunities, ITS and professional services, whilst carrying out day-to-day duties.

Requisitos

Technical and procedural experience desirable:rn- Good knowledge of incident management in an end-user IT support environment;rn- Knowledge of SLAs in end-user services;rn- Experience as an on-site support and second-line technician;rn- Experience of working in virtual teams;rn- Experience in building, imaging and configuring desktops / laptops of desktop/laptop computers;rn- Experience in providing hardware repair services in desktop / laptop environments;rn- Experience in providing software support and installation services for a range of industry-standard applications and operating systems;rn- Fluency in English;rn- Driving licence and own car;rn- Willingness to travel.
