Kelly Services is a leader in providing workforce solutions.Right now, we’re working with a client, who is an outsourcing pioneer with 11 awards in international outsourcing competitions and with over a decade of experience in supplying services to challenger brands and blue-chip companies.
At this very moment, we are looking for International HR Recruiter (m/f) to reinforce their HR Team in Portugal.
Main responsibilities:
- Identification and attraction of new sources of candidates through several channels;
- Sourcing of candidates;
- Recruitment and selection of candidates;
- Admin tasks related to the HR role;
- Identification of new resources for multilingual recruitment needs.
Profile:
- Proficiency in English, both written and oral production and fluency in one of the following languages would be a plus - Spanish, German or French (mandatory);
- Degree in Human Resources or similar;
- 2 years in previous experience in recruiting BPO or Contact Center profiles, or similar functions (mandatory);
- Good understanding of the Recruitment and Selection processes is mandatory;
- Understanding of BPO reality and needed roles;
- Pro-active, driven to implement initiatives.
