Randstad Professionals is the brand of Randstad Group focused on the recruitment of Middle & Top Management.Our client is a multinational insurance Company, a worldwide reference in this sector. We are currently searching for a PM Planning & Technical Control (m/f).
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate with the rest of Areas (Actuarial, IT, Reinsurance....) the development
of needed Reports to follow KPIs.;
- Track the new business and renewal business indicators (quotations, conversions,
premiums, retention and profitability ratios);
- Develop Models to calculate Forecast and Plan Figures (Term, Health and
Accident);
- Make special analysis regarding technical behaviour for special agreements and
exceptions, etc.

Competências:
Profile:- Actuary or Economist degree;
- Minimum 3 year in Product and/or Actuarial Areas;
- Excellent numeric and analytical skills;
- Good domain of MS Office, mainly advanced Excel;
- Fluent in the English language, both written and spoken;
- Basic in the Spanish language;
- Solid interpersonal skills and the ability to work in a team environment as well as
independently;
- Ability to balance multiple projects with minimal direction to ensure timely delivery
of accurate results;
- Team spirit;
- Critical attitude;
- Logic and numerical reasoning;
- Proactive;
- Organization Capabilities.
