We are currently looking for a high energy sales person who wants to help take our client to the next level. To reinforce their Inside Sales Team, we’re recruiting an Inside Sales Representative (M/F) with know-how in the Pharmaceutical Industry.
Major Responsabilities:
- Sourcing new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound cold calls and emails;
- Understanding customer needs and requirements;
- Routing qualified opportunities to the appropriate sales executives for further development and closure;
Required Skills and Experience:
- Prior exposure to sales and sales technics;
- Excellent communication skills;
- Strong problem solving and customer management skills;
- Strong influencing, negotiating and collaboration skills;
Key Performance Indicators
- Sales growth vs. goals – meet or exceed;
- Sales Development;
- Compliance to regulations;
- Territory Sales Execution: Submitted calls, Web presentations;
- Customer Interactions, Multiple Product Interactions, Total Dials;
- Total talk time & average talk time;
