Randstad Professionals is the brand of Randstad Group focused on the recruitment of Middle & Top Management.Our client is a multinational insurance Company, a worldwide reference in this sector. We are currently searching for a Innovation Analyst (m/f).
Competências:
Profile:-Degree of Business Administration, Engineering, Economics or similar;
-Minimum 1-2 years of experience in the design and innovation field;
-Strong communication, both verbal and written, and interpersonal skills;
-Knowledgeable on innovation methodologies (e.g. Design Thinking, Lean Start-Up, Agile Development, etc);
-Passion for constantly learning and creating new things;
-A team player who is transparent, ethical, and learns from failure;
-Collaborative with the ability to work on a cross functional / cross cultural environment;
-Graphic design capabilities and fluency in design software as Adobe Creative Cloud (plus);
-Project management and ability to solve problems with good analytical skills;
-Fluent in English and Portuguese or Spanish.
Principais responsabilidades
Responsabilities:-Influence and support a cultural shift across the organization, inspiring teams to launch new disruptive and transformational products and services;
-Run innovation workshops, training sessions, and inspiration sessions to embed innovation at WEM;
-Create connections with the innovation ecosystem – i.e. open innovation program or startup screeningsWorks cross-functionally to embed innovation within continuous improvement;
-Establishes, prototypes, and validates funnel of innovative solutions;
-Build trend reports and create the mechanics for knowledge sharing and turning the insights actionable and scalable across WEM;
