O que terás de fazer

- To Lead the design, deployment, and operation of NetApp solutions in mission-critical environments;

- To manage the full technology stack—from provisioning and configuration to firmware/ONTAP upgrades and hardware decommissioning;

- To design and maintain robust backup and replication strategies (SnapMirror, SnapVault) and lead disaster recovery (DR) simulations to meet strict RPO/RTO objectives;

- To proactively monitor system health, optimize performance, and act as the technical lead during major incidents and root cause analysis;

- To ensure compliance with data residency and security policies while maintaining world-class architectural documentation and DR runbooks;

- Partner with infrastructure, database, and application teams to ensure seamless service delivery.

O que precisas de garantir

-  Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related Engineering field;

- Minimum of 3–5 years of hands-on experience with NetApp ONTAP, SAN, and NAS technologies;

- Experience with performance tuning and infrastructure monitoring tools;

- Proficiency in written and spoken English;

- Proven track record in storage deployment, upgrades, and complex backup integrations;

- Deep understanding of enterprise infrastructure architectures and capacity forecasting

- ITIL 4 Foundation certification with practical application experience;

- A proactive "ownership" mindset, clear communication skills for technical and non-technical stakeholders, and the ability to adapt to evolving global priorities.
