We are recruiting a Human Resources Specialist – Training for a well-established company with strong national and international presence.
O que terás de fazer
Training Planning and Organization
- Develop annual training plans aligned with identified needs;
Define schedules, program content, and necessary resources for internal and external training sessions.
Execution of Training Activities
- Prepare and deliver in-person or online sessions;
- Support Operations SOPs and VOPs.
Administrative Management
- Record attendance, file documentation, and ensure compliance with certification standards and internal policies;
Support onboarding and integration processes for new employees.
Evaluation and Continuous Improvement
- Apply satisfaction surveys and assess learning outcomes;
Identify opportunities for improvement in training systems and processes, promoting feedback and collaboration.
Support for Skills Development
- Work with managers and HR to ensure training plans address skill gaps.
O que precisas de garantir
- Previous administration and training experience working in a manufacturing or similar environment;
- LMS experience (preferred);
- Fluency in English (mandatory) - Direct collaboration with the UK team;
- Train the Trainer certification (mandatory);
- Health & Safety Training (preferred);
- Food Safety Training or experience (preferred);
- HACCP Training (preferred).
