Human Resources:
- Assists with all aspects of recruiting; (including research, recommendations and placement of job postings) understands and supports the Recruitment needs of departments; communicates with candidates to answer questions and provide information.
- Creates position postings and offers to ensure that information is accurate, complete, compliant, and reasonably written to reflect the position's scope.
- Responsible for the financial management of Recruitment functions. Monitors income and expenditures to ensure good stewardship and best practices are being followed.
- Provides general office assistance; answer phone, schedule appointments, book meeting rooms for interviews locally.
- Manage the on-boarding process ensuring all relevant pre-employment checks are in place in accordance with legal requirements for payroll, training and benefits.
- Manages the off-boarding process for all terminations
- Ensure the prompt and accurate assistance with the processing of Payroll where necessary and legal requirements also.
- Administration of HR, and document management systems to ensure records are accurate
- Support HR projects, performing specific activities within the business plan and / or supporting other team members with the execution of their activities.
- Track of holidays and sickness—all PTO time—and training time and type
- Management of all Compensation & benefits
- Employee Relations support
- Participation of weekly HR status meeting calls with Management.
Office Manager:
- Handling all inter-office communication relating to the office function.
- Balancing of office budgets
- Maintains supplies by checking stock to determine inventory levels; anticipating requirements; placing and expediting orders;
- Maintain equipment by completing preventive maintenance; troubleshooting failures; calling for repairs; monitoring equipment operation; monitoring and purchasing.
- Serving as receptionist (answering and directing incoming calls and greeting, directing, and assisting visitors/suppliers);
- Maintain general office tidiness;
- Planning and scheduling meetings and appointments;
- Helping with office-related events; (Holiday and other party / celebrations)
- Perform miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned;
- Maintains internal customer confidence and protect operations by keeping information confidential.
- Perform administrative functions
- Supervise all vendor relations
Qualifications:
- Candidates must have 1-2 years of experience in both running an office and handling Human Resources to apply for this position
- Perfect verbal and written English / Portuguese skills / complete fluency
- High School or University studies in a Human Resources, Business Administration field will be an advantage
- Fluency in Microsoft Office and web applications
