HR SPECIALIST – FULL TIME (SINTRA)

• Ensure accurate payroll processing in compliance with regulations;
• Stay up-to-date on payroll laws and regulations, implementing necessary changes to maintain compliance
• Manage all HR processes related to the employee lifecycle and development;
• Maintain and update employee records accurately and in a timely manner, including processing new hires, terminations, and other employment status changes in the payroll system
• Assist in the onboarding of new employees, ensuring a smooth transition;
• Ensure communication with employees, providing all necessary explanations and support;
• Ensure legal compliance with the labour law in all HR procedures of the company
• Assist all HR areas, including recruitment and selection, occupational health and safety, among others;

• Excellent MS Office skills
• Fluency in English and Portuguese (mandatory)
