• your role:
• create a distinctive candidate experience all over the application process;
• create, text and post job advertisements on internal and external platforms;
• screen and pre-select matching candidate profiles and conduct telephone interviews;
• manage open positions together with your international team colleagues until the final filling;
• create and run reports in order to identify and address improvement potential.

competências

• if you have:
• professional experience within Recruitment of 2+ years, preferably in the Automotive sector;
• knowledge in assessing employee potential and evaluation technical engineering capabilities;
• hands on mentality and the ability to work independently in an international environment;
• reliability, willingness to take responsibility, a customer oriented mindset and good communication skills; very good language skills in German and English;
• IT skills such as MS-Office, experience with an applicant tracking system (SAP SuccessFactors) is a great advantage
