- your role:
- create a distinctive candidate experience all over the application process;
- create, text and post job advertisements on internal and external platforms;
- screen and pre-select matching candidate profiles and conduct telephone interviews;
- manage open positions together with your international team colleagues until the final filling;
- create and run reports in order to identify and address improvement potential.
competências
- if you have:
- professional experience within Recruitment of 2+ years, preferably in the Automotive sector;
- knowledge in assessing employee potential and evaluation technical engineering capabilities;
- hands on mentality and the ability to work independently in an international environment;
- reliability, willingness to take responsibility, a customer oriented mindset and good communication skills; very good language skills in German and English;
- IT skills such as MS-Office, experience with an applicant tracking system (SAP SuccessFactors) is a great advantage
