We are hiring a HR Recruiter (German) for a multinational company of the a utomotive industry in Lisbon.
O que terás de fazer
- Create a distinctive candidate experience allover the application process;
- Create, text and post job advertisements oninternal and external platforms;
- Screen and pre-select matching candidateprofiles and conduct telephone interviews;
- Manage open positions together with yourinternational team colleagues until the final filling;
- Create and run reports in order to identifyand address improvement potential.
O que precisas de garantir
- Professional experience within Recruitment of2+ years, preferably in the Automotive sector;
- Knowledge in assessing employee potential andevaluating technical engineering capabilities;
- Hands-on mentality and the ability to workindependently in an international environment;
- Reliability, willingness to takeresponsibility, a customer-oriented mindset and good communication skills;
- Very good language skills in English andGerman is a plus;
- Good IT skills such as MS-Office, experiencewith an applicant tracking system (SAP SuccessFactors) is a great advantage.
