OTOA33 is an international team based in Hamburg, closely interacting with our international internal customers. We are responsible for the just-in-time delivery of ‘internatco’ (e.g. German design and installation location in France) to Airbus plants mainly outside Germany, especially Saint-Nazaire and Toulouse. We are also responsible for ordering parts for the A320 Family Final Assembly Line in Hamburg and Paint Shop. We recently also integrated a functional link to the local ordering organization in FAL Mobile USA.
Our multicultural team is managing a wide range of more than 50 suppliers across Europe and all over the world. We are looking for a motivated and open minded colleague as a boost for our Team. We are working in a flexible environment where mobile working is embedded into our routines and widely used. The Supply Officer is reflecting the center pillar of the triangle between Ordering (that's us), Contracts (Commercial Procurement buyers) and the Supply Chain Quality Manager.

responsabilidades chave

Airbus is looking for a talented and passionate HR Performance Monitoring specialist who will be part of our HR Digital Transformation program.
You will be responsible to monitor our HR Applications and processes in order to measure the process efficiency, usage, support decision making and define improvement axis
? Main activities
? Create and maintain Metrics / KPIs / Dashboard to monitor our HR Process & tools with the support of the HR process / product Owner using adequate tooling such as :
? Usage of process Mining tool (like Celonis)
? Usage of Analytics tool (Python / text mining)
? Usage of dedicated platform (like PostHog) to analyze, test, observe user activity in our HR application
? Usage of google looker studio for dashboarding / visualization
? Responsible to refresh these KPIs
? Work closely with the Digital leadership team to support the HR digital strategy by providing Metrics / measures
? Analyze result, identify process inefficiency and propose improvements

competências

Have excellent communication skills in English
Strong team spirit, open and ability to communicate and work fully remotely with team based on different locations and out of hierarchical mindset (trust-based setup).
Rigorous and autonomous way of working and is able to adapt to the situations.
Problem Solving and Continuous Improvement mindset.
Interest in technology and IT Tools.
Convinced of the power of the data and interesting in KPIs / measures
Knowledge of HR process will be a plus
Workday - Cornerstone - SAP knowledge will be a plus.
Experience in Google Workspace tools is a plus (Intermediate).
