They also have an office in Lisbon, where a specialized team works in the areas of sales, commercial and marketing and shared services of Human Resources for all Europe.
Currently, we’re recruiting for their Human Resources Office for Europe (HRS-EU) in Lisbon, which is the first international HR service of our client and provides administrative support in this particular area.
Job Description
The HR-IT Team cooperates closely with Global Application Specialists located in Germany in order to keep the HR IT systems of our client running and up to date. Our team is looking for a HR IT Consultant for the role who fits into our client dynamic and multicultural environment with the following responsibilities:
- Provide 2nd level support to HR CORE key users worldwide;
- Handling and management of HR Core Incidents and requests (able to identify and prioritize issues concerning payroll);
- Analyzing and emulating application errors; solving or routing to the next level support – following the correct channels;
- Guide end-users on the correct use of transactions; programs; reports, etc.;
- Investigating data consistency across HR IT systems;
- Collaborating with GASP and developers;
- Collaborating with other support teams (within the HR Core support scope and other HR IT support/solution groups).
Additional tasks:
- Providing continuous support and consulting to the HR data maintenance country teams;
- Support on SSF Incident Handling;
- Actively support on development of Problem Management Framework;
- Creating support and training documents.
The HR IT Consultant will start as soon as possible and he/she will be part of the existing HR CORE (SAP HR) Maintenance and Support team.
Qualifications:
- Degree in Business Administration, Social Studies or similar;
- At least 1 year experience with SAP HR;
- General overview of all modules of SAP HR (PY/PT/ESS/MSS);
- Preferably with knowledge in SFF HR IT Tool;
- Good reporting skills;
- Logical, structured, proactive and effective way of working within international virtual teams;
- Global mindset, Team oriented and strong communication skills;
- Good adaptation skills and resiliency;
- Reasonable knowledge in MS office tools;
- Language Skills: English C1, other language is a plus.
