Adecco is looking for an Interim HR Governance & Operations Specialist to join a leading international organization during an exciting phase of transformation and growth. What You’ll Do: Review, redesign, and optimize HR processes to ensure alignment with governance standards; Drive process standardization and implement effective control frameworks; Develop and monitor payroll control mechanisms; Support and enhance employee relations protocols; Identify risks and implement proactive solutions; Contribute to building a more strategic, efficient, and scalable HR function. What Will Make You Successful: 4+ years of experience in HR Operations, HR Governance, or HR Audit/Control environments; Strong mindset for process improvement and continuous optimization; Solid knowledge of labor law, employee relations, and payroll controls; Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives independently; Experience in international environments is a plus; What’s On Offer: Contract with Adecco - maternity leave replacement (~7 months: July 2026 – March 2027) Salary range: €2,000 – €2,800; Hybrid; Location: Lisbon, Portugal; Exposure to international projects and best practices.| Distrito | Lisboa | ||||||||
