Ensure smooth internal application and daily running of vendor services;Be the first point of internal contact for queries relating to vendors / services;Keep track of payment deadlines;Review, analyse and suggest contractual modifications;Communicate any changes to relevant internal parties;Develop partnerships with new vendors;Collaborate with global mobility HR team.

Perfil desejado

Bachelor's Degree in Business Management, Human Resources or other relevant field;More than 2 years of professional experience within similar position (Performance Management, Finance or HR field) preferentially in a multinational context;Fluent in English and French (mandatory);Strong organisation, negotiation and communication skills;Fast learner and proactive personality;Team spirit and also autonomous.
