We are recruiting for one of our clients, a Shared Service Center, a Sourcing Agent with the following responsibilities:
- Support external recruitment processes;
- Sourcing of candidates;
- Gather information about admissions;
- Escalate issues in a timely and appropriate manner.
- High developed skills in English and one of the following languages: Spanish, French, German, Italian or Dutch written and spoken (mandatory);
- Previous experience in similar positions (preferential);
- Education in Human Resources Management or other social science is a value;
- Good communication and organization skills;
- Focused on quality and detail.
- Work contract;
