Randstad Professionals is the brand of Randstad Group focused in the recruitment of Middle & Top Management.Our client is a Multinacional Company focused on the engineering sector and they are looking for an HR Controller.
responsabilidades chave
Support HR budgeting, personnel cost, and FTE monitoring;Develop, maintain, deliver, and improve HR controlling monitoring tasks and any related reports;
Provide the required data analysis and trends of HR controlling KPIs;
Support Finance Controllers and HRC on any HR controlling topic;
Regularly update and maintain user data and system configuration, and perform regular quality checks HR related data in the system;
Provide regular and ad hoc reports to HRBPs and Managers, dashboarding, project and cost planning and forecasting;
Continuous development of headcount planning and reporting tools;
Support statistical analyses of HR data for various purposes, benchmarking, and other ad hoc requests;
Monitor HR department budget;
Participate in assigned HR projects and support HRIS regular tasks;
competências
Bachelors degree in in Accounting, Finance/Controlling, Business Informatics, Human Resources or related discipline;Minimum 3 to 7 years of experience as HR or Finance controller in international
organisation;
Experience in HR function is desirable;
Knowledge and navigational skills of HR systems (e.g., SAP, payroll tools,
SuccessFactors);
Advanced knowledge of MS Office (MS Excel and PowerPoint), analytics tools and
Power platforms;
Fluency in English, any other language is considered as a plus;
