Kelly Services is recruiting Hotel Care Agents fluent in German or Swedish for Hoist Group situated in Lisbon.Do you like tourism? Would you like to have an interesting and exciting job in a growing and innovative sector? Then we have the right job for you!
As a Hotel Care Agent fluent in German or Swedish, you will be responsible for:
- Sales: Creation of individual clients, Companies and Agencies profiles;
- Front Desk: Check In /Check out and Night Audit;
- Accounting: billing/ deposit, Bad debt;
- Conference: Managing Conference Rooms bookings;
- Reservations: Rooms allocations, the creation of individual and group reservations;
- Reporting: Data consolidation, Reports analysis, Statistics, Marketing analysis;
- Pricing and Yield Management.
Profile:
- Experience in Tourism or Account Management and/or customer care (mandatory);
- Native or Fluency in German or Swedish, and fluency in English (at least CEFR C1 level, both oral and writing - mandatory);
- Team player and willing to join a multicultural workplace;
- Organized, able to multitask and to face successive changes;
- Proactive and autonomous;
- Creative and critical thinker;
- Empathic and an effective speaker;
- Data and results-driven.

Conditions: contract directly with our client + Gross base salary 1300€ + Meal Allowance
