At this very moment, Kelly is looking for French/English speakers to launch the Hotel Care hotline in Portugal and help our client deliver a hotel experience that exceeds the ordinary, ensuring hotel guests come back time and time again.
Job DescriptionThe Hotel Care is the 1st level support for the Hotelier and the Central Support serves around 18 countries.
The main role of the Hotel Care Agent is to deal with Network investigations to assess the severity of the impact on the Hotel guests’ connectivity experience. Also, the Agents are responsible to initiate the escalation path and maintain communication with customers.
Manage incoming calls and customer service inquiries, both telephonically and by email in French and/or English;
Handle technical investigation requests directly from the Hoteliers about network issues;
Communicating with both internal and external customers;
Handle contract issues and location temporary changes;
Internal and External Reporting.
Fluency in French and at least B2 level of English;
Team-player and willing to join a multicultural environment;
Excellent PC and Internet skills;
Being driven by customer satisfaction;
Proactive and a problem solver.
Monday to Sunday in two shifts: 7h to 16h and 13h to 22h. Availability to work one month per year from 22h to 7h.
One year contract with the possibility to be hired directly by our client afterwards;
Monthly Gross Salary of 1000€ + 6,83€ Daily Meal Allowance;
Approx. 250€ extra for the one month that the shift is 22h – 7h;
Being part of a new project that is new in Portugal and the opportunity to play a key part in the organization;
