Our client is the complete hospitality partner for hotels. With more than 20 years of proven hospitality experience, our client is the market leader in innovative High-Speed Internet Access, Conference services, TV & Content solutions, PMS and back-office software as well as other guest-facing amenities.
 
Many hotel chains, flagship independent hotels, and public hospitals have entrusted their IT to our client, a Sweden based company that owns offices in a total of 18 countries in the EMEA region.
In order to support this luxury hotel’s guests, our client has their own dedicated Guest Care hotline, based in Portugal, supporting all over Europe.
 At this very moment, Kelly is looking for Arabic speakers to reinforce the Guest Care hotline in Portugal and help our client deliver a hotel experience that exceeds the ordinary, ensuring hotel guests come back time and time again.
 
Main responsibilities:
As Guest Care Agent (m/f) has a wide range of responsibilities focused on: 
- Handle customer inquiries both telephonically and by email in multiple languages by recording details of inquiries and actions taken;
- Handle technical investigation requests directly from our Hoteliers about the Network issues reported both for HSIA and IPTV portfolios;
- Interface with Sales and with NOC depending on case status;
- Follow up on Customer interactions;
- Vouchers creation, yearly free access requests, special conference requests, and accesses;
- Assist with billing discrepancies regarding the Extranet, processes VOD refunds and handles monthly invoice discrepancies, queries and escalations to other departments;
- Responsible for information updates on our tools;
- Handle contract issues and location temporary changes;
- Provide Reports as requested by Sales.
 
Profile:
- Experience in Tourism or Customer Care (mandatory);
- Native or Fluency in Arabic with at least English B2 (at least CEFR C1 level, both oral and writing - mandatory);
- Team player and willing to join a multicultural workplace;
- Organized, able to multitask and to face successive changes;
- Proactive and autonomous;
- Creative and critical thinker;
- Empathic and an effective speaker;
- Data and results-driven.

Workplace: Lisbon
Schedule: Sunday until Thursday. Days off fixed on Friday and Saturday. > from 7h-16h + 14h-23h. One or two times per year, you will work a full month from 22h-07h
Conditions: Gross base salary - 1000€ + Meal Allowance + Night shift 25% (only during the months with schedules from 22h - 07h)
