responsabilidades chave
- Implementation of comprehensive stakeholder management strategies and plans
- Building of long-term strategic relationships with senior stakeholders (internal and external)
- Facilitation of the engagement between client stakeholders and IT
- Definition of actions to improve relations and open communication with and between client
- stakeholders
- Compliance of Key Performance Indicators
- Coordinate alignment across regions to ensure consistency (processes, delivery, quality, responsiveness)
competências
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Systems Management, Engineering, or related degree.
- Masters degree (preferred)
- English
- Three years of management experience, preferentially in IT Client Management
- Five years in IT service/IT Client Management
- Three years of previous experience in BPO industry
- Six Sigma Yellow Belt (Required)
- ITIL Foundations (Preferred)
