Your tasks:
Processing of customer inquiries in German;
Handling inquiries from customers in the educational sector (universities, schools, students, professors, teachers,...)
In exceptional cases also processing inquiries from customers from other sectors
Help with questions about programs such as Acrobat Reader, Captivate, Creative Cloud, Dreamweaver, Framemaker, InDesign, Photoshop, Presenter and many more.
Technical troubleshooting;
Customer account management.
Requirements:
German - at least C1
English - at least B2
Strong technical knowledge
Problem-solving skills
Strong communication skills
Patience and empathy
Salary and Benefits:
Your base salary will be 1,390 € Euros Gross.
