Join our client, a world leader in sports betting and gaming entertainment, and be part of revolutionizing the gambling industry. They are seeking a German speaking Customer Service Agent to join their team in Lisbon. With over 25 well-known brands under their umbrella, they provide an exciting and trusted experience for their customers.
Responsibilities:
Accurately and efficiently handle a wide range of customer inquiries and enter their details into relevant systems.
Provide customers with accurate and relevant information about products, services, and promotions based on their needs.
Educate customers on using self-service tools available online.
Proactively suggest improvements to enhance efficiency, productivity, quality, and customer satisfaction.
Resolve issues at their root cause to prevent recurrence and direct or escalate as necessary.
Simplify existing processes to reduce effort.
Meet deliverable requirements, service level measures, and specific targets for quality and efficiency.
Work towards individual targets and manage personal performance.
Take ownership of personal development and seek opportunities to grow.
Participate in required development activities and seek feedback to improve relevant skills.
Support the development of others by creating opportunities for skill-building.
Requirements:
Language skills: Fluent in English (C1 level) and German (C1 level) - speaking and writing. Knowledge of other languages is a plus.
Middle education degree.
Strong PC skills, including proficiency in MS Office and internet searching.
Effective verbal and written communication skills.
Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends.
Previous experience in a customer service environment is preferred.
Online gaming experience is a plus.
Working hours: Hybrid working hours from 6:00 am to 10:00 pm, Monday to Sunday.
